Recent Outfits

So the top two outfits are beach themed, or at least something that i would wear to the beach!

I've been at the beach camping this past week, so i've been checking the scene.

What's popular?

-Bike riding

-PINK Sweatpants

-Bandeau's (DUH!) lol

-Neon colors-especially flip flops

-White knit bathing suit tops

For me, i personally NEVER go in the ocean! I just like to lay on the beach and work on my tan, so it's safe to say that i never have a full on bathing suit on.

Great trend? Patterned/printed shorts! It's a fun way to add flair to any outfit:) 

This is an outfit for the Lenscrafters+Coach contest on polyvore.

I've had this dress saved into my items for a while and have been wanting to use it so badly, but just never had the inspiration! I finally saw these eyeglasses in the list of items and went immediately to the dress!

Whats great about this contest is that i actually am a glasses wearer, so it's great to be able to have some new inspiration :)

Summer Pops!

So we all know that THE summer trend is about making colors POP!

This hot pink high low dress is paired perfectly with these tangerine sandals(which happens to be summers it color!). The necklace just adds a little more of that colorful flair we're aiming for! All in all, this is just a fun outfit you can wear to the beach, or a party, hanging out with friends, wherever you want to look cute! :)

I love this trend; it's instantly a way to make your day brighter, and here is a well known fact: when you wear  bright colors you are very likely to feel more perky and confident!

Wear a brighter color when you're feeling down and you'll be cheered up ASAP :)

Happy Independence Day!

So as every citizen of the Unites States of America SHOULD know, tomorrow is the 4th of July!

Basically, for anyone who doesn't know because you don't live in the US, it's the anniversary of when we declared our independence form England. You can read this for more info :)

Anyways, to most Americans, the 4th means BBQ's, swimming, fireworks, patriotism, && spending time with our friends && family.

Here are a few outfits that were inspired by this oh so fun holiday!

The first outfit is something i feel most teenagers or tweens would wear. It is the more casual option, and would be comfortable to wear if you were going to the beach, park or where-ever you celebrate :)

 This second outfit is a more glamorous ensemble. Who doesn't want to wear a pretty dress? :D

This is my pick for the beach! A very simple && stylish outfit, perfect for lounging all day! Don't forget to bring the recent copy of Seventeen or Elle to read! :)

I'm going to pick out an outfit of my own, maybe i'll make a video.

I used to really be into making youtube videos, but since i don't have a nice camera, it's very discouraging!

My birthday is coming up soon though, so maybe that is what i'll get, who knows! ;P

Trip Haul! :)

So guys, i'm back from my first trip of the summer!!!

It was an amazing experience, and i will cherish this trip so much♥

While i on the way back from camping, i stayed with  family friends for a few a few days after camping, and there grand-daughter happens to be on my best friends :)

While their, we went to Bath & Body Works, and they had a HUGE sale! :D


Here are the things i bought:

 Into The Wild spray, body was, and lotion :)

 2 new hand sanatizers,
aqua Blossom && I Love Shopping

 Carried Away lotion && Spray

 Charmed Life lotion && Carried Away, Sweet Pea, && Warm Vanilla Sugar body scrub

That's all i bought from Bath & Body Works! The full size bottles were all $3.00 (except for the lotion, which was $5.00) and the half size bottles were $2.00. The hand sanitizers were $1.50. SUCH an amazing deal!

The next few things are a blast from the past!

Since i was 11 years old, i've been collection the American Girl Dolls.I have 2 Just Like You Dolls, Felicity, Elizabeth, Nicki, && Samantha, along with numerous outfits, accessories, horses, furniture etc.
Well, imagine my delight when i was given these retired outfits :D

 

The last thing that i bought was a coat. It was freezing cold && raining, so i went up to a local thrift store && got this coat for $5.00! I love this coat so much and it was such an amazing bargain!

So those were the few things that i got on my trip! I'm going on a few more trips later in the summer, so perhaps i'll pick up some more things :)
